Class 6A second-ranked Hartselle won a pair of matches this week in high school volleyball.
The Tigers (7-3) downed Cullman and Columbia as Jordan Finn and Megan Zuck each contributed 18 kills for the week.
Gabrielle Bili set up the hitters with 49 assists and Maggie Anderson contributed 13 digs against Cullman.

Class 7A top-ranked McGill-Toolen (13-1) continued its torrid streak with four wins this week, including downing Class 6A top-ranked Spanish Fort. The Dirty Dozen also won three Thursday matches at the KSA Tournament in Orlando, Fla.
Defensive specialist Sofia Bruno contributed 54 digs for the week with a 2.35 passer rating. Bruno has 135 digs this season.
Class 7A fourth-ranked Hoover (7-4) won its only match this week over Tuscaloosa County. Senior Olivia Portera posted a 2.47 passer rating with 11 digs while Spencer Downs had 28 assists and Paige Shaw had 15 kills.
Class 7A fifth-ranked Vestavia Hills (9-3) was 3-1 with wins over Homewood, Briarwood and Guntersville and a loss to Class 1A top-ranked Addison. Avery Kampwerth led Rebels with 26 kills, five aces and three blocks
Class 7A ninth-ranked Grissom beat Gadsden City, James Clemens and Hewitt-Trussville this week. Shelby Holderfield provided 13 aces in 33 service attempts and 13 kills in 26 attacks while adding 19 assists.
Sparkman (4-7) was 2-2 this week with wins over Madison County and New Hope and losses to Randolph and Arab. Arianna Haynes provided 22 kills for the week.
Alma Bryant (6-3) beat Satsuma and Citronelle, and lost to Daphne. Rebecca Moore had eight aces, 13 kills and 53 assists.
Class 6A top-ranked Spanish Fort (8-3) lost to McGill and Oak Grove (Miss.), and beat Class 7A No. 10 Murphy. Carley Hamric led the Toros with 42 kills in 90 attempts with 12 errors for a .333 hitting percentage. She had 38 service attempts with no errors and three aces.
Class 6A fifth-ranked Walker (8-1) won a tri-match against Oneonta and Hayden with McKinley Ferguson contributing 10 kills against Oneonta.
Class 6A sixth-ranked Albertville (11-0) swept a tri-match against Boaz and Oxford behind 32 assists from setter Miranda Munroe.
Class 6A seventh-ranked John Carroll (4-6) lost to Walker and Mountain Brook as Mary Catherine Hart led the Cavaliers with 17 kills, (48.6 kill percentage) and six blocks. Morgan Adamson added 20 kills, a 2.2 pass rating and 19 digs.
Class 6A eighth-ranked Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa (11-1) got Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa got 15 kills, 10 digs, seven aces and 15 assists from Marlei Murray this week.
Class 6A ninth-ranked Chelsea (8-3) split four matches this week, beating McAdory and Clay-Chalkville before falling to Enterprise and Thompson. Taylor Hackett had 51 assists and 21 digs while Lexie Riggins added 32 kills, 29 digs, 14 blocks and eight aces.
Saraland (8-1) beat Robertsdale and Mobile Christian behind 14 kills from Meagin Farmer.
Anna Evans posted 27 kills for the week in leading Cullman (3-3) to a 2-1 record. The Bearcats beat Falkville and Columbia, and lost to Hartselle.
Benjamin Russell (5-6) beat Sidney Lanier and Brewbaker Tech and lost to Auburn and Carver. Abby Martin had 31 kills and 10 aces.
Scottsboro (2-5) lost matches to Fort Payne, Crossville and Douglas, but Anna Lusk provided 56 digs and 76 serve-receive passes for the week.
Mary Scott Hollingsworth led Class 5A top-ranked St. Paul’s (8-1) to wins over Cottage Hill and Baker. Hollingsworth had 14 kills and 24 digs for the week.
Ashanti Thomas led Tallassee (4-1) to a 3-1 record this week with wins over Stanhope Elmore, Beauregard and Dadeville and a loss to Park Crossing. The senior middle had 20 kills and five blocks for the week.
Class 4A top-ranked St. James (7-3) beat Montgomery Catholic and Park Crossing before losing to Prattville. Carson Ann Crow provided 12 kills against Montgomery Catholic while Hannah Dailey added 11 kills.
Class 4A second-ranked Madison Academy (9-2) downed Decatur, Randolph and Muscle Shoals as Erin Eisenhart recorded 15 aces and 110 digs. Abby Brooks had 94 kills and 102 digs.
Class 4A ninth-ranked Danville (3-7) was 2-2 this week with wins over Muscle Shoals and Haleyville and losses to James Clemens and Carbon Hill. Mikayla Koins had 31 kills and seven blocks this week.
Sarah Pehler led Class 4A No. 10 UMS-Wright (4-4) to wins over Thomasville and Theodore with 19 kills, 12 digs and five aces. She also completed 15-of-17 serve-receive passes.
Wilson (3-0) downed Loretto, Tenn., and Mars Hill as Maria Mask had 17 kills and seven digs against Loretto.
W.S. Neal (4-0) won three matches this week beating Leroy, Thomasville and Flomaton behind senior Dinah Samuel with 17 aces and 30 kills.
Fayette County downed Lamar County on Tuesday and led 18-8 in the third set after winning the first two sets from Northside on Thursday when the match was suspended because of a gas leak in the gym. Alex Henry had 24 kills in the two matches.
Class 3A fifth-ranked Carbon Hill (13-0) beat Cordova, Sipsey Valley, Haleyville and Danville this week.
Molly Kate Atkins provided 58 assists while Alyssa Dutton added 13 aces and 18 Kills, Ricki-Jill Burrough had 20 kills and Lacey Evans had 10 aces, 21 kills and 33 digs.
Class 3A ninth-ranked West Morgan (7-3) beat Austin and lost to Deshler. Savannah Stephenson had 19 kills and Jada Terry added 17 kills while Aaliyah Wallace had 16 assist and Lindsay Goodwin 19 assists.
Mobile Christian (4-5) was 2-1 this week with wins over Davidson and Robertsdale and a loss to Saraland. Kortney Barnes had 33 kills, 10 blocks and 14 aces for the week.
Class 2A top-ranked St. Luke’s beat Fairhope and Robertsdale as Kellan Hensley had 27 digs and six assists.
Class 2A fourth-ranked Hatton (4-2) was 3-1 this week with a loss to Russellville and wins over Central-Florence, Falkville and Haleyville. Bailey Gillespie had 11 kills while Haley Aycock added six aces and 12 assists.
Altamont (2-1) got 25 kills and 28 digs from Marinna Dorolek in wins over Ramsay, Indian Springs and Wenonah.
Class 1A second-ranked Decatur Heritage (8-2) won four matches (Meek, Good Hope, West Limestone and Elkmont) behind senior middle Kayla Grimes with 43 kills, six aces and 10 blocks. Grimes has 113 kills this season.
Class 1A fifth-ranked Athens Bible (4-3) downed Lindsey Lane and Woodville this week. Kenz Davis led the team with 18 kills, 20 aces and 24 assists.
Class 1A seventh-ranked Isabella (6-0) beat Maplesville, LAMP, Autaugaville, Ellwood and Thorsby. Against Ellwood, Hailey Underwood played only the first set and recorded 20 aces out of 24 serves.
Katie Dempsey led Belgreen with 22 kills in four matches this week.
AISA second-ranked Bessemer Academy got 14 kills, six aces, 18 digs and seven blocks from Rebekah Kitchens in a win over Southern Academy.
AISA third-ranked Macon East (9-1) won matches against Lowndes Academy, Northside Methodist, Emanuel and Edgewood. Bailey Williams led the Knights with 42 kills while Sami Nesbitt had 38 kills.
