MANILA, Philippines – Olympic weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz is still enjoying her much-needed break over a month after nabbing her historic silver medal at the Rio Olympics.
The 25-year-old spent Wednesday afternoon, September 14, at courtside watching a UAAP game between the DLSU Green Archers and the UST Growling Tigers at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Diaz, who gave the Philippines its first Olympic medal in 20 years, watched with her parents and gamely cheered for La Salle using her white clappers.
Diaz's efforts to cheer did not go in vain as title favorite La Salle thrashed UST, 100-62.
