After a rough past few contests the Opp volleyball team got back in the win column with a home win over Kinston in four games. The Bobcats were in control of the first game taking the win 25-16. Opp won the second game by the same score 25-16 after a huge rally late. Kinston got a double digit rally in game three which propelled them to a win 25-17 extending the series to a fourth contest. In the fourth game Opp battled back from being down early to pull out a 25-21 win to take the series from the Bulldogs 3 games to 1.
Madi Henley had 12 kills and 4 blocks to lead the Bobcats. Bailee Boyd had 25 assists and 4 blocks while Addie Jacobs and Amber Hadley had 4 blocks also. Maggie Short had 12 digs and Abigayle Barnett led the team with 3 aces and had 8 digs.
